This form will help us to assess your card processing requirements. After you have submitted your form we will contact you to discuss this in more detail. Our card processing services are subject to the terms of our Card Processing Operating Instructions and Terms of Service. You will receive a copy of this before you sign a contract with us but if you would like a copy now please ask us.

HSBC use credit scoring methods to help assess the application and may also make a search with Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies, which will be recorded. This search may involve referral to the electoral register to confirm your identity. These records may subsequently be seen by other users.
