*When it comes to banking, we all have our different needs and preferences. That's why we let you choose how you manage your money, whether that's in branch, via our network of ATM machines or through our Business Internet and Telephone Banking services. It's your money, so why shouldn't you be able to access it when and how you want to?

Your local branch
If you're looking for a friendly face to help you with your day-to-day banking just visit your local branch.

  • Speak directly to one of our highly trained members of staff to discuss your needs - either visit your local branch or telephone us on 08457 40 41 42 (textphone 08457 125 563) to make an appointment. Lines are open 8am to 10pm every day (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day).
  • We have a range of self-service facilities and most branches have at least one cash machine.

Business Internet Banking - 24-hour access to your finances
Being a farmer it just isn't convenient to drop everything and pop out to the bank. Unlike the service offered by some other banks, Business Internet Banking is designed specifically for business users, giving you access to a wide range of services, that means you can keep up to date with your finances any time of the day or night,* at a place that suits you.

  • Free internet payments for the first six months after you open your account
  • A choice of payment options - up to £100,000 in total per day
  • Get up-to-the-minute balances on your sterling business account(s)
  • View individual transaction details
  • Make immediate transfers between accounts displayed
  • Set up additional users online
  • Review activity made through Business Internet Banking
  • A range of security features
  • Download transaction details to Quicken®, Microsoft Money® or spreadsheets

Business Telephone Banking - convenient, out of hours banking
Our dedicated Business Telephone Banking service allows you to check balances, pay bills, transfer funds and/or speak to a member of our specially trained business banking team outside of office hours. While many other banks offer a telephone service for business banking, few of them offer the range of services we do. Our telephone banking team is committed to offering you a quality service and our staff have the information you need at their fingertips.

  • Simple financial matters can be dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Free telephone banking payments for the first six months after you open your account*
  • Bank out of normal business hours by calling us on 08457 40 41 42. Lines are open 8am to 10pm, every day (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)
  • Secure access to your accounts through the use of a code number and call recording
  • Deaf or speech impaired customers who use their own textphone, can contact us on 08457 125 563
